4 chorizo sausages, remove casing
4 roma tomatoes, diced
1 red bell pepper, petite diced
1 white onion, petite diced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup light cream or half and hal
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper
pasta of your choice
Brown the chorizo in a pan, and remove. Strain chorizo juices back into pan, and set chorizo aside. Cook onion and bell pepper in pan until almost translucent. Add garlic, and sprinkle the flour into the pan. Stirring constantly, and add tomatoes. Add chorizo back into mixture, then add cream and bring to a low boil (still stirring). Drop to simmer, and add cheese. Cook for approximately 10 minutes stirring occasionally and boil pasta.
