OVER OVER-EASY
As you can see, this is not a recipe, and it certainly isn't supper (although, I suppose it could be!). I added this post just to show off a picture of the best darn sunny-side-up eggs I've ever made. Until recently, I tended toward the over-easy kind of egg because flipping always seemed like the only way to ensure that the egg white wasn't still slimy and runny. Now I'm so over over-easy - the key to sunny side up is a skillet on slightly-lower-then-medium heat, and covering the eggs for the last couple minutes. Perfection!
